We know it’s been a bit chilly of late but fear not, modern amusement returns to VOX on Saturday 29 January to bring a bit of sparkle to this winter. In only our second event we return to the already fantastically received warehouse space of VOX for a line up which goes a little further to providing an idea of our varied palettes and our dedication to providing sounds of the highest calibre.

Heading up proceedings, the colossal MODESELEKTOR step up to provide a taster of what they do so well. Expect just about anything as they come to Leeds for only the second time ever. As if that wasn’t enough of a coup we have managed to secure an exclusive extended appearance from the cult duo that is TYRANT. CRAIG RICHARDS and LEE BURRIDGE are two exceptional DJs in their own right, however they are nothing short of mind blowing when they’re teamed up under their Tyrant moniker. This is an extremely rare UK appearance for Tyrant who rarely appear together outside of Fabric these days….not to be missed. JOY ORBISON also makes an appearance, the young Londoner has made quite an impact over the past 12 months with his, house, garage, dubstep, disco esque flavours – difficult to pin down but totally addictive JO’s production and DJing is incredibly infectious. Last but by no means least, the in-form JOZIF travels up North to display his skills behind the turntables. Jozif has firmly established himself over the past year with releases for the likes of Wolf + Lamb and his own Fist or Finger imprint (that he runs with Craig Richards) as well regular appearances at Ibiza’s We Love and Fabric – he’s also just released a rather impressive RA podcast, where does he find the time?!

Support comes from Leeds based crews NEST and LALOOP who have both established themselves as ones to watch on the city’s already impressive club scene.
