The Berlin based label Bpitch Control is one of the most widely-respected and enduring electronic record labels in the world. Alongside similarly groundbreaking German labels such as Cocoon, Kompakt, Ostgut-ton and Desolat, Bpitch is also one of the few to repeatedly break and reshape definitions of electronic music. After 11 years Bpitch Control still reigns as one of the most original, influential labels of the decade, breaking acts such as Modeselektor, Kiki and Telefon Tel Aviv, and is as popular now as it has ever been. System is delighted to present, for the first time in Leeds, a Bpitch Control showcase with two of the most prolific members of the Bpitch stable: Ellen Allien and Sascha Funke.
