Chris Liebing is dj, producer, radio host and the driving force behind the labels CLR and Spinclub Recordings. A former hip hop and house dj in the 90s, now Liebing is widely regarded and recognised for his continuously evolving and distinct techno sound influenced by his stint at the infamous Eye-Q records in Frankfurt alongside Sven Vath. In 1999 Liebing founded the hugely successful CLR label which now includes a category of releases from the likes of Umek, Adam Beyer, Speedy J and Liebing himself and continues to nuture new talent in the shape of Tommy Four Seven, Perc and Traversable Wormhole. Liebing also completed four seasons as a Cocoon Ibiza resident and went on to co-host Meganite at Privilege Ibiza alongside Mauro Picotto in 2004 and 2005. In 2009 Liebing launched his weekly CLR podcast; boasting a phenomenal 250,000 listeners every month Liebing's podcast is one of the most talked-about and influential broadcasts within the techno community. Aside from Liebing's various production and radio achievements, he continues to headline the world's best clubs and festivals making regular appearances at Berghain, Time Warp, Cocoon, Awakenings and Space Ibiza.

Having enjoyed separate careers as avant garde techno producers and performers for more than a decade, Regis and Function recently formed their groundbreaking label and live act, Sandwell District to wide critical acclaim and now count Marcel Dettmann, Ben Klock, Len Faki, Laurent Garnier, Miss Kittin, Jeff Mills, Sleeparchive, Speedy J and Troy Pierce among their many devotees. Their undeniably orignal and distinctive take on modern techno treads a similar path to legendary techno artists Sleeparchive, Marcel Dettman and Shed which has led them to regular appearances at techno institution, Berghain Berlin, as well as dates at many more influential clubs and festivals including Fabric, Sonar, Time Warp and Tresor. The pair's first Sandwell District album "Feed Forward", released on December 22, 2010 instantly sold out and has quickly become one of the most wanted records of the year amongst vinyl collectors.
